FOUNDER, CREATIVE DIRECTOR
With over three decades of experience crafting brands for a global clientele, Aram has honed his design intuition through years of practice, guaranteeing that each client's unique needs are met with purpose and precision, yielding remarkable results.
Throughout his career, Aram has held key positions in medium to large graphic design agencies and served as the Director for Creative Services at EarthLink, where he spearheaded a comprehensive rebranding initiative for the company.

STRATIGIC BRAND DIRECTOR
Johanna is a senior executive with a track record of creating and “sharpening” brands to drive profitability and innovation at a global scale in the marketing service space. Prior to working at Gulla Jonsdottir Architecture & Design, Johanna has held a number of global management roles at Nike Inc., Starbucks Japan and Leo Burnett Worldwide.
Johanna’s passion is growing businesses through transformational branding and integrated design. Her accomplishments include the creation of the Starbucks flagship stores in Japan, incorporating the art and culture of each locale, and the Nike Store as the showcase of the brand in the fashionable Harajuku district.
She was the founder of BShe, (a joint venture between Leo Burnett and Dentsu), a marketing consulting service specializing in marketing to women. There, Johanna developed the 6 archetypes of the female consumer and appeared in several lectures on Marketing by the 5 Senses.
Johanna is now applying her skills of experiential branding starting with design and architecture.

As account executive, Margaret has led teams to produce award-winning creative work in a variety of industries – retail, entertainment and technology. In addition to corporate communications including identity and branding, Margaret has extended her branding expertise into experiential marketing, collaborating with clients to create memorable events that strengthen brand awareness and loyalty.
